Partner Agent Referrals

When a buyer or seller connects with one of our partner agents and closes a deal, the agent pays KoseApp a referral fee from their commission. You never pay anything extra.

Lender Partnerships

When you use one of our partner lenders, they compensate KoseApp. You'll never pay a higher rate or fee through KoseApp than by going directly. We compare rates from multiple lenders to help you make an informed choice.

Title & Settlement Partners

When you choose one of our partner title companies, they pay KoseApp a referral fee. You pay the same title and settlement fees as you would anywhere else.

Every commercial relationship is disclosed in our Partner Directory. We never share your personal data without your explicit consent.

No Hidden Fees. Ever.

If we ever introduce a paid feature, it will be optional and clearly labeled as Premium. The core platform—search, track, and close—will always be free.
