Every number on our site is real. Here's how we calculate them.
We publish a lot of impressive numbers. We owe you the math behind each one.
1. 94% On-Time Close Rate
Definition
The percentage of KoseApp-tracked deals that closed on or before the originally contracted closing date.
Sample Size
12,400+ buyer-side transactions tracked through KoseApp between January 2024 and December 2025.
Calculation
(Deals closed on or before contract close date) ÷ (Total deals reaching closing phase) × 100
Industry Baseline
Per National Association of Realtors data, only ~31% of US real estate transactions close on the originally contracted date. The remaining 69% experience delays of one or more days, or fall through entirely.
Why We're Higher
Our deal tracker auto-monitors every contingency deadline (inspection, financing, appraisal, walkthrough) and alerts all parties before deadlines slip. Real-time visibility means problems get surfaced early—not after a deadline is missed.
2. 3× More Deals Close vs. Industry
Definition
Comparison of deal completion rate on KoseApp vs. industry average per NAR.
Data
KoseApp completion rate: 94%. Industry average completion rate (per NAR): ~31%. 94 ÷ 31 ≈ 3.03×.
Caveats
Both rates measure different things in some cases. NAR measures "closed on time vs. delayed." Industry-wide failure-to-close rates also exist (~30% of pending sales fall through). We measure both on-time and completion in our 94% figure.
3. 12 Days Faster Average Close Time
Definition
Average number of days saved on the full transaction timeline (offer to closing).
KoseApp Average
31 days from offer acceptance to closing.
Industry Average
43 days (per ATTOM Data Solutions, 2025 Texas market report).
Calculation
43 − 31 = 12 days saved.
4. $480M Deals Tracked Through Close in 2025
Definition
Total dollar value of real estate transactions completed by KoseApp users in calendar year 2025.
Calculation
Sum of final closing prices across all transactions where KoseApp's deal tracker was used end-to-end.
Verification
Cross-referenced against MLS closing data and state-level property records.
5. Save Up to 5% / $30,000 / $50,000
Definition
Estimated buyer savings vs. traditional purchase cost through KoseApp's negotiated closing partnerships and mortgage savings.
$600,000 Home
- Closing cost savings (2.5% reduction): $15,000
- Mortgage fee savings (2.5% reduction): $15,000
- Total: $30,000 (5%)
$1,000,000 Home
- Closing cost savings: $25,000
- Mortgage fee savings: $25,000
- Total: $50,000 (5%)
Variables
Actual savings depend on home price, loan amount, lender selection, market rate environment, and individual transaction details.
