Savings estimates shown on KoseApp's website, app, and calculator tools are based on our average closing cost reductions and mortgage fee optimizations for buyers who completed transactions through our platform between January 2024 and December 2025.

Definitions

"On-time close rate" is defined as the percentage of deals that close on or before the originally contracted closing date. Industry average is approximately 31% per NAR data. "Average close time" measures days from offer acceptance to keys-in-hand.

3. Fee Disclosure

Free Platform

KoseApp itself is free for buyers and sellers to use. There are no charges for creating an account, browsing listings, using calculators, accessing the deal tracker, or working with our platform.

6. Licensing & Regulation

Licensing

KoseApp operates under the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), License 9010929. Our mortgage services are provided through our partner lender, Succedo Mortgage, LLC, licensed under the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) #2584954.
