When you see a home you like, tap the “Request Video Tour” button on the listing. An agent will reach out to schedule a live tour or send you a recorded walkthrough.

Are video tours live or pre-recorded?

Both options are available! Some tours are live, where an agent shows you the home in real time and answers your questions. Others are pre-recorded so you can watch anytime.

Do I need to download anything for a video tour?

No extra downloads needed. Video tours happen right inside KoseApp or via a secure link. You’ll get all the details after scheduling.

Is there a cost for video tours?

Nope! Video tours are free for buyers and renters using KoseApp.

Can I tour more than one home in one session?

Yes, depending on the agent’s availability. You can request to see multiple homes in one session, especially if they’re close to each other.
